Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to make my gown?: Each IslaCryst gown is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the design and customization.
How long does shipping take?: International shipping takes approximately 10–14 business days after your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Can I order a custom size?: Absolutely. We offer made-to-measure gowns. Please provide your measurements at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
How do I find my size?: We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up or choosing a custom size.

Can I return my gown?: Standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in unworn, original condition. Custom or made-to-measure gowns are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
