Order Processing & Production Time All items are handcrafted to order. Production takes approximately 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. During peak shopping seasons or public holidays in China, production time may be extended to 15–25 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping & Delivery We ship internationally from China. Standard international shipping typically takes approximately 14 business days after production is complete, subject to customs clearance and carrier schedules. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination country and local customs processing.

Expedited Shipping If you require faster delivery after your order is ready, please contact us to arrange expedited shipping via DHL (estimated 3–7 business days). Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
