Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items with quality issues or significant discrepancies from the product description. Customers in the European Union are subject to the EU-specific terms outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
- You must contact us within the applicable return window with photo evidence of the issue
- Custom or final sale items are not eligible for returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification.

If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return.
Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost in addition to the item price. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
