Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Custom or made-to-order gowns are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery.
• Please contact us before sending any items back.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at suyuanling@tayudao.cn with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
